Submit tickets and check replies in the user panel

Contact & Support Tickets

For connection issues, client help, billing, or refunds, submit a ticket through the VPNSay user panel. Keep your issue description and any follow-up details in the same ticket so progress is easy to track.

User Panel Support Tickets

Use a ticket when you need help checking your account, orders, data usage, or connection behavior. Sign in to the user panel, describe the issue on the tickets page, and check for replies in the same ticket.

Please allow time for your ticket to be reviewed. Order checks and connection troubleshooting may require additional information. No fixed response time is guaranteed; check your ticket for updates.

What to Include in Your Ticket

Describe what happened, what you expected, and what you have already tried. Details that match what you actually experienced make it easier to investigate.

Connection & Client Issues

Include your device platform, the status shown in the client, the selected region and route name, roughly when the issue occurred, and the affected app or website. If you see an error, include its exact text or a screenshot with sensitive details covered.

Mention whether all apps are affected or just one service, and whether you have tried reconnecting, switching routes, or changing your local network. Avoid vague descriptions like “it doesn’t work,” and don’t submit duplicate tickets for the same issue.

Orders, Data Usage & Refunds

Check the relevant order in the user panel and include the plan name, payment method, and status shown. For data usage issues, describe the change you noticed. For an upgrade, include the plans before and after the change so the prorated difference can be checked.

VPNSay offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, submit a ticket with your request and the relevant order details. See the refund policy → for full terms.

Helpful Information Before You Contact Us

Check the guides for setup and connection steps, and the plans page for pricing and billing details. If you still need help, include the relevant page and what you experienced in your ticket.

Where can I download the client?

Sign in to the user panel and download the client from the downloads section. Downloads for Windows / macOS / Android / Linux are available after signing in; iOS availability depends on your subscription status in the panel. For setup steps, see the guides →

Not sure if it’s a connection issue or a restriction from the service you’re accessing?

First, check your outgoing IP with What’s my IP? →, then test the affected apps separately. A service may also determine availability based on your account region, permissions, and its own policies. Include any differences in your support ticket.

Where can I find billing and data reset details?

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated for the remaining days. Data packs do not expire and remain available until used. See view plans → for pricing and details.
